One-Week Kegel Ball Exercise Plan
Day 1-2
- 10 minutes of gentle contractions while lying down. Focus on squeezing and lifting your pelvic floor muscles. Rest for one minute between sets.
Day 3-4
- 15 minutes of moderate contractions in a seated position. Practice holding each contraction for five seconds, then releasing for five seconds. Repeat ten times.
